A fast-growing FMCG cosmetics business with strong home market share was ready to scale internationally but lacked the market knowledge, distributor relationships, and operational infrastructure to execute cross-border expansion without significant risk and cost.
The Approach
MF Consulting led a structured market entry programme across three target regions — assessing regulatory environment, competitive landscape, channel dynamics, and distributor capability in each market. We built the market prioritization framework, shortlisted and evaluated distribution partners, and designed the commercial terms and launch investment model for each territory.
The Results
Successful entry into 5 new international markets within 18 months. Regional Distributor agreement signed. Business plan approved to deliver faster than initially expected.
